This month's menu plan is a little rough it feels, and it feels like it is getting rougher. With the increase of food prices along with the increased amount of work hours I'm faced with, I just don't have the time or money to cook elaborate dinners anymore so my meals are looking flat now and will probably look that way in my plan. I'm comfortable with that though.
