So work is feeling unfair for my shift. I'm still demoted while incompetent people are still advancing. I'm contemplating just quitting, but I need the money right now. So job searching it is.  So, I was a supervisor on the weekends about three years ago and guy broke the rules and walked off the job and was fired for it. I was blamed for it, even thought the boss at the time is the one that made the decision. I was demoted and my supervisor role was taken away from me.  He was then rehired in the future and is now my current supervisor. He lies and steals from the company. He has wiped private information from contractor flash drives. He has lied to my coworkers and our bosses and he still is employed.  So, I came back from vacation, and two people were promoted.
