Dinner last night was a regular meal in our household. We get the classic Red Baron pepperoni pizza. We typically get two for our household. Somehow one turns out crispy and the other one turns out soft. It usually depends which one is on the top rack that turns out the softest. Unfortunately, all of us prefer the softer one so we all fight over who gets the softer variety of the delicious pizza.  The softer always gives me a nostalgia feel from High School cafeteria style to the original Kid Cuisines. Don't get me wrong, I love the crunchy ones, but the softer pizza has my heart.  Now, I always leave it up to my hubby to choose how many slices he gets of both. However, I will hear about it later on if he didn't get enough soft slices. Last night, he chose more crispy slices. His reasoning was because I love the softer ones more.  Here I am on time for my menu plan for next month. Typically I scramble last minute to put it together. This month I hopefully be able to follow it since I prepared in time. If I don't get it prepared in time, I tend to not follow it all the way through and just pick and choose. Some of these are return favorites of mine, and some of these are new. Yesterday was quite a surprise for the Hubby. I got him his Digiorno Fully Stuffed pizza he has been waiting for since the release announcement. I made him a Triple Chocolate Fudge Birthday Cake with Chocolate Fudge frosting. I may have overrate last night. I'm not feeling too well but it was well worth it to make his day a little better. I told him no chores...but then he unloaded the dishwasher. So much for being his day to relax. At least he got a score of his favorite candy, Sour Patch Kids. If you want to find this amazing tasting frozen pizza you will have to make a trip to Target where it is the only carrier I have found to have it. I had to use Instacart to sneakily bring it home, but I got it there without him finding out. Muwahaha 

 Last night we ended up trying this. Normally, I like to make lasagna homemade but it has been a rough week on the family, so we decided to get something to just quickly throw in the oven. Hubby ended up making it in the oven while I ended up taking a quick nap after work 💀 Unfortunately, it wasn't a hit with the kiddo. He compared the ricotta cheese to the consistency of mashed potatoes. The adults in the household did not agree with that conclusion. Family size is quite small, so I suggest with a family size of more than 3 to get the bigger version. We also purchased a  Cole's Garlic Mini Loaf to go along with it. They are on sale at Meijer right now. 🙋
