This month's menu plan is a little rough it feels, and it feels like it is getting rougher. With the increase of food prices along with the increased amount of work hours I'm faced with, I just don't have the time or money to cook elaborate dinners anymore so my meals are looking flat now and will probably look that way in my plan.
