Lasagna Night


 Last night we ended up trying this. Normally, I like to make lasagna homemade but it has been a rough week on the family, so we decided to get something to just quickly throw in the oven. Hubby ended up making it in the oven while I ended up taking a quick nap after work 💀

Unfortunately, it wasn't a hit with the kiddo. He compared the ricotta cheese to the consistency of mashed potatoes. The adults in the household did not agree with that conclusion.

Family size is quite small, so I suggest with a family size of more than 3 to get the bigger version. We also purchased a Cole's Garlic Mini Loaf to go along with it. They are on sale at Meijer right now. 🙋

The Difference in Luck

There are those that believe in luck and those that don't. Some of use believe that it is mere coincidence. Sometimes we have to hope and dream of a time far a way in the distance and hope our dreams come true. We gamble and play around with our credit and money and we lose.
